Once you’re settled in, we’ll work together to develop a personalized care plan and update it as you progress. And we’ll get to know you as an individual — everyone will. The dietary staff will remember that you like to take breakfast in your room on Saturdays, the activities director will stock up on CDs of your favorite kind of music, and the nurses will ask about your grandchildren by name as they check in before dinner. Once you spend time at Kadima, you’re family.
